TEACHER
All  pranava yoga classes are taught by me Grace Annand.  I am a qualified yoga teacher trained at the Pranava Yoga School in Brighton with Sema Fadil in 2004.  I have been practising yoga since 1998; my first classes were ashtanga vinyasa style in Horam with Lin Bridgeford, I then spent six months in India studying yoga daily at several different ashrams before training to be a teacher. I am currently enrolled on a British Wheel of yoga teaching diploma course to further my knowledge of this vast subject. I am also a qualified YogaBugs instructor teaching children age 4-7 years. I have been running my own classes since January 2005 and have also been employed by Freedom Leisure, Uckfield Community College and Elan in Haywards Heath.
